Little Things ~

wash your hands; rub lotion into your skin

take a moment of silence; breathe

wake up, drink water, stretch.

take a walk in the evening; watch the sunset

put on your favorite clothes; admire yourself

listen to your favorite music; do nothing else

snack on something healthy; be kind to your body

set aside a few minutes each day to master a skill

run a brush through your hair slowly, gently

take a pen; write or draw anything; be open to throwing it away afterward

pay attention to everything that makes life beautiful
