So its been like 6 weeks since I been in college. I posted the other day, but I wasn’t done sharing my thoughts. Currently, I go to Hampton University.. THE REAL HU – and it is still growing on to me. Some days I feel like I’m going to transfer back to my state school and take the easy route. I mean college was not suppose to be easy, but too much discomfort is a lot adjust to. I am already in another state adjusting to the weather and insects and making new friends – which I hate doing. So all of this is TOO MUCH. I mean when I first got here thins at home werent great. I lost some friends to gun violence and I know how stagnate things can be back home and I know I needed a new environment to grow. But honestly everyone here at Hampton lowkey hates it. I mean evryone is always drunk or high just to make it through. Plus dorm life is kinda trash, but I knew everything wasn’t going to be perfect. But I wanna have faith in my 40k and love my HBCU because right now I only like it and not love it
