I swear I love R&B Soul and just R&B. This weekend I have definitely been mediating in Daniel Caesar. So much love for calming music and the ability to be mindful. In a few days we will be in November and 2017 we truly have flown by. What happened to all that time. Just yesterday I was at Dom’s house saying “Happy New Years” – but I remember last year I said this year was going to be life altering and hard to process. So many events happened this year. Graduation, world travel, the beginning of my college experience. So much growth.
