SO of course I attend Hampton University and I have definitely grown – but this entire year has been great to me. I have met some of the most talented ladies I know. I traveled to many countries, ate good food. I mean I gained some weight but its temporary. Adjusting to my new life at college has been something else – but i am forever thankful for the experience. 

2017 has taught me not tolerate the bs anymore. I mean I love seeing images of black people in a positive manner. I want economic and political participation from all my people. I want my hair to grow as long as it can. I want healthy skin, nails, and my kitty to have a balanced pH. ALL my relationships including friends, parents, and significant others have to be meaningful and longterm. I shall not waste energy on anyone. 

But I’ll miss everything about this year and i’m ready to learn so much more.
