Emotions can be a difficult thing to handle. They can go from their greatest peaks to their lowest lows within the blink of an eye.

However, your emotions are not a bad thing.

They are part of you.

They are a part of the human experience.

They will be there no matter what. Thus, it all depends on how we control them. How we use them to grow. How we develop from them.

Don’t ignore your feelings. Instead, channel them. Use them to reach a greater state, your biggest goals, and your highest self.

So we are seeking emotional liberation. It’s ok to feel. It’s ok to cry and cope. It is ok to be you.
